SX-200PA adopting technologies such as servo system based on bus motion control, steel wire pre-heat treatment, ultrasonic welding, etc., it can realize automatic coiling and bagging output of pocket springs, which can effectively shorten the production process and improve the production efficiency, and it can simultaneously produce two kinds of pocket springs with different steel wire diameters, as well as realize automatic bagging output, and it can produce 180 bags of pocket springs per minute.
SX - 200PA adopts a bus control system and multiple servo actuators. It enables more convenient adjustment of the dimensions and specifications of springs and mattress cores. Meanwhile, it can produce two types of pocket springs with different wire diameters, enhancing the equipment's customized production capabilities. For example, parameters can be preset in the machine. Without manual intervention, the machine can automatically switch different wires during the production process to produce special spring strips required for customized mattress cores such as zoned mattresses, mattresses with hardened perimeters, and AB - type mattresses. This reduces the technical requirements for operators.
