SX-100T Automatic Bonell Transfer Machine

The SX - 100T represents a state of the art , highly intelligent , fully automatic production device tailored for Bonnier spring cores. Employing a servo system grounded in bus control, it offers the remarkable capability of arranging any spring in both positive and negative orientations. This equipment showcases more advanced functions and enhanced performance. Its production efficiency is approximately 90 - 100 Bonnier springs coiled and assembled per minute.
As a result, it becomes an ideal choice for businesses aiming to boost productivity and quality.

During a single production cycle, the wire undergoes coiling, shaping, heat - treatment, face - to - face transfer, and is then assembled into a unit. It is equipped with a digital servo control system. The unique face - to - face assembly method can effectively address all the problems of inclination that may occur when pressing all the units in a Bonnell spring structure. Moreover, customized spring shapes are available upon request.
